You will be paying more per square foot for the smaller storage units, but in general, if you’re looking at your monthly bottom line, if you want to go cheaper, you’ve got to go smaller. The third thing that’s going to affect your price very significantly is the location. Just like any other real estate, if you’re renting in the city, it’s going to be a lot more expensive than it is in the suburbs. So just like renting an apartment or renting office space in the city, it’s usually going to be more expensive than it is in the suburbs. So obviously that’s something to take into consideration.
